Azalea Sands is one of the older golf courses in Myrtle Beach, but don't let that fool you.  There is plenty of character left in this North Myrtle Beach landmark.  This golf course is a popular choice of novice golfers and those on a family vacation because of its lack of hazards and availability. 

Barefoot Resort - The Dye Club

Blackbear Golf Club is a North Myrtle Beach golf course located along Highway 9.  This Classic Golf Group facility recently underwent extensive golf course renovations making this a must play on your next golf package vacation.  The golf course is not very long, but it does require some shot making skills.  The greens are the reasons Blackbear is one of the finest in Myrtle Beach.  

Blackmoor Golf Club

Blackmoor Golf Club is a Gary Player design located south of Myrtle Beach along Highway 707. Blackmoor is a scotish style, links type facility with fantastic greens, rolling terrain and fairways that often are double tiered.  There are several holes where a forced carry is required, but the golf course is fair and playable.  Make sure to visit Murrells Inlet after you finish for dinner at Captain Dave's.  

Bricklanding Golf Club

Bricklanding is located about 1 hour north of Myrtle Beach in the scenic town of Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The golf course was recently slated for redesign by LPGA tour player Amy Alcott. Bricklanding winds its way through a lovely community, with the houses far off the fairways.  Several holes are waterfront making for precise tee shots and green approaches.

Brunswick Plantation Golf Club

North of Little River, SC along Highway 17 sits Brunswick Plantation Golf Club.  The owners of this outstanding Myrtle Beach golf resort have done extensive work to the golf course in the last year replacing the greens and adding many new features which will guarantee you an outstanding day during your golf package. This golf course is very close to Farmstead, Meadowlands and Crow Creek as well.  Make sure to visit  Calabash on the way back to North Myrtle Beach for a great South Carolina dinner.  

Burning Ridge Golf and Country Club

The many changes led to Burning Ridge being awarded the 2006 Golf Course of the Year in Myrtle Beach and the state of South Carolina.

Diamond Back Golf Club

The Dunes Club once hosted the Energizer Senior Tour Championship because, quite simply, it was the best course in Myrtle Beach. Many still believe this to be true. Heritage Club is often referred to as Little Caledonia because of its beauty and  similar challenge. This golf course is 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and is set on an old rice plantation complete with tall moss covered oaks, dogwoods and azaleas. Winding creeks and serene lakes come into play on several holes. Caledonia and True Blue are 5 minutes away and often have very good PM rates.

International Club

This could be one of Willard Byrd's finest creations.  International Club boasts the best Tif Eagle greens on the south end of Myrtle Beach.  The course has many holes where water hazards and tree lines come into play, but once the green is reached, you are treated to fast and true conditions year round.  

Island Green Golf Club 

Island Green Golf Club was sold in 2005 and since then the course has gotten a tremendous facelift.  Tif Eagle greens were installed, the clubhouse was renovated and the overall experience was improved making Island Green a great stop on your next Myrtle Beach vacation.

Jaguar's Lair Golf Club

This golf course is the newest on the beach, and has received outstanding reviews.  Angel's Trace is the footprint for the latest addition to the Ocean Ridge family of golf courses including Lions Paw, Panther's Run, Tiger's Eye and Leopard's Chase. 

King's North Golf Club

King's North is an Arnold Palmer design and the jewel in the Myrtle Beach National crown. Lion's Paw Golf Club

Lion's Paw is carved through a North Carolina pine forest and offers several water hazards and numerous sand bunkers. The greens are quick and bowl shaped, similar to Pinehurst Resort. Lion's Paw is located at Ocean Ridge Plantation and is adjacent to Panther's Run and Tiger's Eye.  

Litchfield Country Club

One of the newest creations in Myrtle Beach, the Reserve Club is the forth at St. James Plantation. The Reserve is currently accepting tee times, but the club is scheduled to go private at some point in the future. Well worth the trip!

Tradition Golf Club is a past winner of Golf Course of the Year. The conditions are always excellent, although the golf course is not very long and is a bit more traditional.
